At Shemesh, we believe that ASD children are extraordinary individuals whose untapped brilliance can brighten the world.
These students carry within them immense potential, often hidden beneath layers of misunderstanding. When given the opportunity to be truly seen, heard, and respected, they don’t just catch up, they soar. With the right support, students engage in rigorous, age-appropriate academics that reflect their true capabilities. Their intelligence, insight, and academic ability can far exceed what traditional systems ever expected.

Shemesh is a place where autistic voices are honored and abilities are celebrated. We are built around the needs of students who have often been overlooked by conventional education models. Our program is committed to supporting grade-level academics alongside personal growth.

Families receive consistent communication through daily notes, monthly parent–staff conversations, and regular full-team meetings. We support the home environment, offer after-school and Sunday programs such as Sparks, host Shabbatons, and share ongoing guidance through newsletters and informational publications filled with practical insights and tips.
Our holistic approach includes nutritious meals and an informed understanding of both natural and medical interventions, ensuring each child is supported thoughtfully, consistently, and comprehensively.
